What does LINEA PRIMA do?

We are an architecture and construction studio in Colombia. We work on residential architecture, design-build, interiors, brand spaces, consulting and visualization.

Do you only work in Bogotá?

No. We are based in Colombia and can work on projects in different cities and regions depending on scope, stage and logistics.

Can you design and build the same project?

Yes. One of our core services is design-build: architectural design, technical coordination, budget, schedule and construction under one team.

Do you work on renovations?

Yes. We approach renovations through diagnosis, design, technical review, budget control and construction criteria.

Are the blog articles available in English?

Not yet. The English version currently covers the website pages and services; blog translation will come later.
